I’m SO impressed with this system! I’m very picky and was really having a difficult time finding a reverse osmosis system because I don’t like that the water sits in the RO plastic tank. I also like that this has two levers, one that gives “filtered purified water” you can wash vegetables etc. The other is Pure RO water for drinking. You DO need to make sure you have a power source near by as the system comes with a booster pump. I made one modification (see picture). I added an “inline” mineralizer. The result is pure structured water that tastes like it is from a Mountain Spring. I didn’t realize how bad my water was before until I tasted it from this system.

Great RO system ever!
Tankless is my favorite feature which allowing us open the faucet to get fresh pure water as much as we want in anytime.
The two switches faucet is a nice design, one for washing and one for drinking, very clever. I have removed my old useless faucet.
Last thing I like is the common standard filters which I can bought from everywhere. The filters replacement in the future will be very easy.
I really like this machine. Way better than others.

Great product!!!! Many added features for the price. In my third month of use. Installation is a breeze. You do need a power source for it to work. Quality parts. Many added features for the price. Dual faucet has to be the biggest plus. The ro “pure” water for drinking and the “purified” pre-ro water for use for cleaning, steamers, boiling, ice maker or any high demand use. This feature saves the ro membrane. I added re-mineralizing and alkaline filters to ro output. It has a filter change indicator and auto/manual flush feature to clear the system of creep. Outstanding customer service.

-Easy to install.
-No leaks.
-Takes very little room, in comparison.
– Two filter options; RO and Activated Carbon.
The reason I purchased this RO system is because the water comes does not come in contact with plastic as much as other RO systems. I’m trying to remove plastics from our home… or reduce it. The only plastic parts are the ones shown in the photos I took. Which I’m in the process of replacing most of it. Other RO systems have a large tank which is using plastic bladder to keep the water pressurized, you really don’t want that… This RO system uses a pump with limited contact with water.
I let the system flush for a few seconds before I used the water. Read the instructions carefully; the machine will flush automatically from time to time to remove TDS…
*side note for the manufacturer: Please reduce the use of plastics to make this the perfect RO system. Flush the canisters before shipping; there was some kind of a buildup inside the walls of the two middle cans. I had to wash them manually to remove the buildup.
-Update: purchased this item on March 25, 2018. It still works. My other RO systems survived for about 6 months. No issues so far. Just flushed it a few times when it indicated to do so on the display. Only thing I’ve noticed is that when I open the faucet I have to wait a second or two before the pump kicks in; it wasn’t like this in the beginning.
-Update: August 22, 2018. I had to remove the entire unit and the plumbing to make some changes in the kitchen. I’ve reinstalled it without any issues. So far so good.
**if you want to connect this unit to a ice maker that has a pump or water dispenser that has a pump you might need to adjust the solenoid valve inside the RO unit or your ice maker/dispenser. In my case, when my ice maker turned on to take water, the RO unit turned on for a second and turned off because the ice maker couldn’t create enough pressure difference. I didn’t want to mess with the ice maker’s pump so I opened the RO unit and adjusted the solenoid vale… now the RO unit stays on an extra second or less and gives the ice maker enough time to pump water from the line and create a pressure drop to keep the RO unit on as long as needed. (sorry if I lost you lol). But this is a great unit even for Ice makers or water dispensers with a pump.
I’ll edit this review as I use the system.
Update: April, 16 2019
Still working great. No issues. Changed 3 of the filters.

Good product Easy installation and works really well….

I’m an author and endocrine expert. To my knowledge, this is the only RO system contained in stainless steel rather than plastic. Even “food-grade” plastics have harmful phthalates (or BPS) so I was thrilled when I found the Purify Guru system. Worked amazing in my house and, yes, I did water tests.

This system is so easy to install. It fits under sink tight space nicely. I followed a review to add a mineralization filter with some fittings to switch between the filtered water and mineralized water. So, I get pure water by pressing the left lever and I get mineralized water by pressing the right lever. How neat is that? I had pure water extended with a T connector to the refrigerator water supply line. A shut off valve was installed to turn off the water to the refrigerator and then turn on the pure water to the refrigerator. That was achieved by cutting of a section of existing 5/8” PVC pipe to the refrigerator water supply, and then connect with the pictured part.

Great product! 6 months and still working great.

Water tasted great, pressure is sufficient.
I had a small issue at first but customer service took care of it promptly and to my total satisfaction.

Looks well-constructed, but when I inspected it right out of the box I had some inclinations that this was not a new unit… I have attached pictures. First off the seals that state not to break them unless you are replacing the filters were already broken. Next, the oring on reverse osmosis chamber had some sort of mold looking grunge on it. Third, upon inspecting the other chambers I found water spots present as well as some other type of grunge at the bottom of one of them. Fourth, the internal workings of the unit smelled like stagnant water. And finally inside the RO filter chamber there is a white stabilization bracket or cap that was literally dirty to the touch. I am returning this unit for another one but this is not a good start…

Bought this unit almost 9 months ago but didnt install it for awhile. When I did install, about 7 months ago, it was super easy and straight forward. I did watch the video which made the process go smoother. It is installed more remotely than under the sink mostly because I did not want to sacrifice the room under there, the unit is a tad larger than my old RO system from what I assume is the space for the built in pump. Even with it about 10 feet away from the faucet the pressure is fine and works for my needs. I did hook the refrigerator water up to the “RO” outlet on the unit with a T fitting and that pressure is noticeably lower than the faucet. I would suggest using the “non-RO” side if you plan to T it this way but thats just my 2 cents. Overall the build quality seems very nice, filters easy to replace (just had to replace the first stage cotton filter) and love the lack of flavor from the water. I really love the fact that this unit is tankless unlike my last RO system. With it being just myself and my son part time, having water sit in a tank is not my idea of a good thing. Plus the fact that you need to add air to the tank on the other style RO systems in order to keep the pressure up was not a fun task every 2 years or so. This one is much simpler to deal with, has the pluses of no tank and water tastes perfect! Overall very happy with my purchase and would suggest you pull the trigger if in doubt! Any questions I have had, which have only been a few, are answered via email very very quickly no matter when. Seems like support is there if needed with little delay, which I love!! Thanks again for a great product!

I purchased this because I had hard water and I wanted to filter my kitchen water with clean drinking water. The unit worked fine for a month then the flow started to slow down and it eventually slowed down to almost nothing. I contacted Purify Guru customer service and emailed back and forth with Alex. He determined that the hard water was the cause of my failure. He send me the following:
“Hi, sir.
First thing first is stop using the system until you can connect the soft water in.
And I have to tell you this, unfortunately, the RO membrane can not deal with hard water.”
This is a quote from the Purify Guru folks customer service. I looked and there is no mention anywhere about not using this unit with hard water, so if you have hard water find another system. A total waste of $400.

I have had a terrible experience with this unit. The production capacity is no where near advertised. After a mere two months of use this system produces only a trickle of RO water and can’t feed my refrigerator loop with adequate water pressure to dispense in the door. BTW the filter monitors all show full capacity. This device is not ready for prime time.

I’ve been telling everyone how great this filter has been! Year after year, we kept reading the water quality report from our tap water supplier. Seemed like all the measurements were only just barely within the guidelines for safe drinking water. We thought we were safe drinking bottled water… only to find out how bad that can be with plastic leaching in.
After a ton of research, we found this system, and find it to be a step above all of the other systems. First, it isn’t made of all plastic! Nearly all of the material that comes in contact with the water is high quality food grade stainless steel. Second, there is no storage tank that can get saturated with tiny particles. Also, no tank means that the water isn’t sitting in a rubber or plastic environment that is going to leach. Lastly, we love the option to get either pure or purified water. The mostly pure water is great for humidifiers and washing vegetables.
Installation was fairly simple. The included adapters and hoses were perfect. The electrical was the only “challenge”. For us, we never installed a garbage disposal, so we simply converted the disposal’s junction box into an outlet box. I did another installation where we tied into the power from the dishwasher… using the junction box from the dishwasher.
Around the six month mark, the change filter indicator came on. Very thankful for the first set of free filters that came with it. Also, for anyone watching their budget… regardless of use, our refrigerator asks for a new filter every three months. At more than $50 each… that adds up fast! With this filter system, we only use the fridge filter to make ice, and change it maybe once a year or more.
For the price point, quality, and water safety – this system is a spectacular choice, and I highly recommend it!

Best thankless water system. I installed exactly a year ago… All satisfied…

I’ve been in the water filtration industry 20 plus year and at first, this seemed to be a really good deal. I ordered the unit and failed to realize you also have to add a $130.00 membrane. This is my first gripe. Second, it’s noisy. When dispensing water out the RO side the pump comes on and it’s somewhat loud. Third, the faucet is not easy to install. It’s a double shank and the two 13mm nuts on the bottom are hard to get a good seal from underneath the sink. My final disappointment is it’s from China. Although it looks high quality the collar rings to seal the filter canister are difficult to tighten and seal even with the tool provided. I’ve already had one email go unanswered from the manufacturer. Buyer Beware!

I had problems with the Purify Guru working! Alex at customer service gave me suggestions still without success. So he rushed me out another! That one work great with no problems. He was so kind to also give me a set of extra filters and a small refund on the price of the unit. We love the way that it will continue to pump water as long as you need it and you have the option to use water that has not been through the RO filter to wash veggies and things. We will see how this unit works in the long run. We had our old RO system for 10 years. But without the large tank under the sink this makes a lot more room under the sink which is nice. But the best part was the customer service.

I bought this filtration system because this is the only one that I found uses the least amount of plastic. My wife has a lot of concern with synthetic estrogen being leached from plastic, so all those filtration systems that use plastic containers to house the filters or have polypropylene liner inside the water container are all out of consideration. This filtration system uses stainless steel for all the filter containers, however, the filters themselves still have some plastic.
I gave 4 stars to this product is because I found it a bit cumbersome to install the stainless steel containers with the filter inside it; otherwise, it has been performing to my expectation. I would also give 5 star to the support service of the company. The support so far is awesome, I would get response reasonable quick every time I posted a question in email.
The RO system works well. I had it installed over a month now and is being under heavy use since. No leaks. The TDS level seems degraded slightly after a month of heavy use but is still very good.
This is my first filtration system so I cannot draw any comparison of this product against similar products in terms of usability and functionalities, but if you are worried about a RO system having too much plastic like we do, you may want to take a look at this RO system.

-Reasonable price and size
-Tankless, prevent secondary water contamination.
-304 Food grade Stainless steel canisters
-Dual filtration modes: purified water washing and pure water for cooking/drinking
-Responsive email and good Customer Service
I did a lot of research before buying my first RO system, and I finally decide to buy this one.
It is my first RO system and my first water filtration system, I did not choose other filtration system and get my hand on RO system as I want to get pure water instead of just filtering something from the water and remain a lot of unwanted thing in the water. What I need is water that is as pure as possible, with a reasonable price, reasonable size as every consumer would do.
The main reason I purchased this RO system is because the water does not contact with plastics as much as other RO systems, as they are made with plastics all over the their system. And I do not like plastic touching what we eat or drink. I’m trying to reduce plastics from our home as much as possible. There are plastic parts inside the system, those parts not on the surface you see, and hope they will be replaced with 304 Stainless steel in their next product so that the system would eventually be full 304 stainless steel, or at least those parts which “touches” the water. However, it is much better than or at least feel better than other RO systems have a water tank or filter tank you can see which is using plastic, I really DO NOT want to see that and I feel better to see stainless steel. I do not know what they use in those parts that I cannot see, but I could not find a better one yet, and I couldn’t sure whether the stainless steel is really 304 food grade or how good is the quality, But I used over 5 months now, the water feels good and our family enjoyed drinking the water.
The tankless design and high volume flow of the RO membrane give good enough speed to fill up the water jar or cup/glass, practical and convenient while without a water tank for secondary water contamination, which is a good thing for me.
I love their customer service, Alex usually reply very quick, always within the same day, I am usually the slower one to response, lol.
I cannot say this is the perfect RO system, it is still far from perfect, but it is still so far the best I can find.
After talked the positive side, let’s talk about some negatives, but I do not think they are show stopper for me, unless I can get a better one from somewhere which I do not see one now. But I hope Purify Guru will continue to improve and listen to their customer and made us stick with the brand. Everyone love quality products.
The faucet came with the system looks nice, but the material or the build of the upper part of the faucet which is the water comes out from, is kind of too weak or thin and it is not stay firm when I turn it to left or right as sometimes necessary, but it does not have any leakage, so it is still fine.
I put the RO system under sink, but the PE pipe come with the system was too short for me. However, they send me the PE pipe right after I send email to them, they are very responsive and helpful.
I recently replace the 1st stage filter, I hang the system on the wall of the cabinet under the sink, and I found that the mental ring’s thread is so sharp and cutting the plastic thread when I try to match them and tightening the mental ring, it was not smooth as I install the RO filter at the very beginning.
The noise of the bump is ok, as I put it under the sink, it is better than acceptable for me, I think the function is more important and I do NOT think the noise is too big. But in some rare case, the bump did not activate when i turn on the pure water lever, no water is producing and the bump did not start working, and I need to turn off the pure water lever and turn on again to make it work, it is just a little problem and it is a rare case, but that scared the older users in my home and she though it was broken, lol
In summary, I recommend this product and I enjoyed using this system so far, it is convenient, easy to use, looks good and with reasonable size and price, and it is the best you can find even you are someone picky like me.

I’ve had this unit for over 3 months now and still enjoying the product and the customer support.
I decided on this product after reading the book estrogeneration as this unit is stainless steal and doesn’t store water in plastic (note there are some plastic hoses with the system). I setup the unit in my basement instead of in the kitchen due to a stone counter top and I didn’t want to drill through it. We bring jugs of water up into the fridge (it’s no big deal for us). The setup is quite simple (I can’t speak for kitchen install), no major issues, the only thing to remember is to really tighten the filter containers, or else they will leak. Once you get the hang of how tight they need to be, it becomes easy. The water tastes good, and I’ve had reading from 5ppm to 15ppm on the pure side of the machine (thanks to the tester that came with the unit).
The customer service is excellent, I had multiple exchanges with Alex from PurifyGuru before purchasing and multiple after. All my questions were answered and very timely manner. They checked in with the engineering team with me for questions as well. Hands down the best customer support I’ve seen online in quite some time.
Overall, I would recommend this product for anyone looking to get a non-plastic RO machine.
I will update after I’ve replaced some filters to discuss that experience but I don’t foresee any issues.

Pros:
Stainless steel design. I got rid of my last RO system to avoid many plastic parts.
It is very easy to change filters when they need replacing.
Integrates easily under the sink.
Tankless design.
Customer service is helpful and responds quickly.
Cons:
If you have hard water you may want to get an upgraded third stage filter. This could be said for most RO systems.
Because there is no tank, you may have to wait for the water to filter before you get a lower TDS reading.
May need a pump for refrigerator line.

Since January of 2019, I have been the satisfied user of my new Purify Guru system. While searching for an RO system, I was surprised to discover and intrigued by the Purify Guru stainless steel tankless unit. Wow—both stainless steel (very high grade) and tankless! With previously-owned RO systems, I never did like the idea of water sitting in a tank, nor did I care for the utilization of plastic in these systems.
Their customer service is the best! I worked closely with Alex of their customer service department in the beginning, and was quite impressed with his quick response time, professionalism and courtesy.
Although the TDS of my municipal water is quite high, my original RO filter is still performing perfectly. An 8-oz glass of RO water takes just 8 seconds to fill. I also enjoy utilizing the filtered water (which Purify Guru refers to as “Rough filtration”) conveniently at my sink, instead of running to the refrigerator for filtered water. I find that I now use filtered water more often, especially in washing produce, filling pet bowls, plant watering, etc.
I am very happy with both the company, and with my system!

Love this system! We had to change the cotton filter after six months and the filter was filthy! So happy to see the system doing it’s job!

no storage tank needed, replacement filter for reverse osmosis expensive
Ryan –
We’ve had ours for about a year, and are very pleased. This is an affordable filtration system that we can trust. We love that it’s stainless steel and has no tank to contaminate the water.
Only observations we’ve made is that occasionally it pulses the cleaning cycle while filling your glass, which pulses water being dispensed from the faucet and the drain. It’s not a safety issue or water quality issue, only functional.
I’ve recommended this to family and many friends!
